More Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs) are expected to be expanded in Vietnam to include hi-tech parks, urban areas, and commercial zones.

Among the most significant were two strategic zoning plans within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.

The project will supply 710 apartments and 31 low-rise commercial houses.

The Government aims to build at least 1 million social houses for low-income earners and workers by 2030.

The projects include expansion of Phu Quoc International Airport, and construction of an urban complex, and an eco-tourism complex.

Total investment capital estimated at nearly VND600 billion (around $23 million).
